Your data, plainly
What we store
Your name, email, timezone and country; the profile you fill in (sex used for current calculations, optional gender identity and pronouns, date of birth, height, goal, training, diet style, sleep, allergies, conditions, medications, and the answers about your work, stress and concerns); your body-composition scans, bloodwork results, weekly watch numbers and workout sessions; what you are taking; your macro targets; the coach's written guidance; any peptide order requests; and a Telegram chat id if you connect the bot.
Photos and PDFs you upload
A report you upload on the website or send to the bot is kept only while it waits for you. Once you confirm or discard it, or it could not be read, the file itself is deleted and what was read from it is kept as text and numbers. A file you never review is deleted after 7 days.
AI (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini as backup)
Limitless Health uses Anthropic's Claude AI model, and falls back to Google's Gemini only if Claude is unavailable. When you upload a report, the whole photo or PDF is sent to Claude to be read, including anything else printed on it, such as the name on a lab report. When the coach writes your plan, supplement guidance or monthly review, or answers a question you send the bot, it sends Claude your profile (including date of birth, optional gender identity and pronouns, allergies, conditions and medications), your scans, bloodwork, watch numbers, what you are taking, your targets and your question. The Peptides evidence page and Hormone results page do not generate personalized model recommendations. Individually logged workout sessions are not included in the coach context. The coach's requests do not include your name, email or Telegram id.
Who sees it
You. Rows are isolated per member at the database level. Cody can access the database to run the product. A peptide order request reaches him in his Telegram chat with your name and email, because he fills it, and his admin page lists members' names, emails and goals. He does not read members' health records except to fix a problem you raise.
Services
Hosted on Railway (app and database), encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in emails go through Resend. If you connect the bot, what you send it and its replies, which can include your numbers, go through Telegram. Each AI request is counted in the Limitless AI-usage ledger against your monthly allowance: it records your email, which feature was used and how much it used, not what was sent.
Membership check
To confirm you are a Limitless member we read your subscription status and first name from the Limitless systems you already belong to. We never write to them.
Your control
Delete your account from Settings and everything Limitless Health stores about you goes with it. That does not reach what has already been sent to Claude, Gemini or Telegram, or the usage record in the AI ledger. Questions: cody@limitlesslifestyle365.com.
